The names that you are/were/will be given are intended

as referrals only, not recommendations.

 

We cannot warrant the information on any provider,

nor can we guarantee that any provider gives quality care.

It is your responsibility to screen providers and decide who

will best meet your families needs.

 

 

REFERRAL SERVICE FEE POLICY

The referral service is provided to you free of charge.

However, the demand for services continues to increase while funding has not.  To meet the need for child care referrals and family services in our communities we need your help. Please consider making a donation to Northeast Colorado Child Care Resource and Referral.

 

 

REFERRAL SERVICE CONFIDENTIALITY STATEMENT

All information that you provided to us during the referral process is kept confidential and is used only in group

data collection.

 

 

COMPLAINT POLICY ABOUT PROVIDER

 

The program reserves the right to remove providers from the referral database when serious  questions or complaints arise concerning the quality and safety of the care being provided.

 

A complaint is any unsolicited contact made by an individual that states that the service provided in a child care setting is in some way unsatisfactory. 

 

Complaints regarding the child care provider will be handled by a CCR&R staff member.  The person filing the complaint will be informed by the CCR&R staff member of the nature of the CCR&R services, that is, that the CCR&R makes referrals, not recommendations.  The staff member may also make new referrals and review suggestions for parent method of interview and choosing a provider.

 

Parents are urged to contact the Colorado Division of Child Care and inform them of any complaint against a child care provider.  Their phone number is 1-800-799-5876.

COMPLAINT ABOUT CHILD CARE RESOURCE AND REFERRAL STAFF

 

Any parent or provider who is dissatisfied with the services or decisions of the Northeast Colorado Child Care Resource and Referral has a right to file a grievance.  Grievances will be handled as outlined in the Rural Communities Resource Center Grievance Procedure.  Copies of the procedure are available on request at any time during regular office hours.
